Petit Chalet has “bunch of flowers” services and products for sale on the website ask-chalet.com.
The Client indicates the individual who acts as a natural or legal person.
Petit Chalet reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with Petit Chalet's dedal conditions of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on petit-chalet.com between Petit Chalet and the Customer.
The Client must provide the Petit Chalet with an e-mail address, or data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete, and accepts that Petit Chalet may contact him using this data, if deemed necessary.
Order
How to order:
To order from petiz-chalet.com, the user must have an email account and that their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to take advantage of all the navigability conditions.
To place an order on petit-chalet.com:
Find the products you want to purchase;
Add the selected products to the shopping cart;
Complete the purchase;
Fill in the information for delivery and billing (first and last name, company name (optional), telephone number, email address, NIF (optional and for billing purposes), recipient's name, recipient address, recipient's postal code, recipient's telephone number, dedication (optional), delivery date (excluding Sundays), delivery time (from 10 am to 5 pm);
If the Customer wishes to register at petit-chalet.com, he must select the “Create account” option
Select the payment option;
Make the payment;
The order is confirmed when you select the “Confirm Order” button at the end of the purchase process (checkout);
When the customer completes the order, a message will appear on the screen with their order number and all details of the order. The purchase agreement is finalized at that time.
An order confirmation is sent to your email. We suggest that you save, print or download this information for future reference.
By submitting the order form, you are accepting the general conditions of purchase, as well as other conditions existing on petit-chalet.com, through links, including the general terms and conditions of use.
If the products presented on petit-chalet.com are no longer available at the time of the last access or when the Petit Chalet receives the order, the store must inform about their unavailability within 3 days of receiving the order.
If an order has been placed and payment has been made for products that are no longer available, Petit Chalet will refund the money paid for unavailable items.
The final confirmation of the order by Petit Chalet is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these Terms and Conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
The information contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
Petit Chalet ships to mainland Portugal.
On Sundays the Petit Chalet is closed and does not deliver.
Petit Chalet may not process orders that do not have sufficient guarantee of good collection, when orders are incomplete or incorrect or the ordered products are no longer available. In these cases, the Customer will be informed by email or telephone that the sales contract has not been made and that the Petit Chalet has not proceeded with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
Payment
On the website petiz-chalet.com, Petit Chalet provides the consumer with payment methods:

In the case of payment by bank card, the debit will be made to the Customer's card immediately after confirmation of the ability to provide the service or send the product. If any of the services ordered cannot be sent, their value will be credited to the Customer's card, after closing the order.
This information will not be used by Petit Chalet, except to carry out the necessary procedures for the purchase or return, in the case of return, in accordance with the exercise of the right of return or for reporting fraud cases to the policy.
Delivery and shipping costs
Petit Chalet respects the deadlines of an order as long as there is stock availability.
In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in stock, Petit Chalet will contact the customer by email or telephone within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of order. Petit Chalet will make its best efforts to deliver the products on time, but cannot be held responsible in case of delay for any reason.
Delivery is carried out by the company or by a carrier.
In the order, shipping costs are added in accordance with the current table, which are calculated in the purchase process before its finalization by the customer.
The delivery value will vary depending on the chosen delivery area (postal code), so the area must be chosen correctly.
Orders will only be valid after payment is confirmed.
In some shipments, some flower in the order may not be available due to quality or availability issues. In these cases, Petit Chalet reserves the right to substitute this flower for an equal, higher or lower value, without changing the value of the final product.
Prices
Prices must be understood in Euros, with fees, transport costs and tax included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
If there is a price increase for any product, the Customer will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.
Whenever an item has a price reduction, the modality of sale (balances, promotions or liquidation), the type of products, the reduction percentage, the start date and the duration period and its communication to the competent authorities are mentioned, if it's necessary.
Cancellation and return
Petit Chalet reserves the right not to accept order cancellations if the order is already in progress, if it has already left the store and is being transported. If the order is in the initial confirmation state, it is possible to cancel the order and get your money back.
In situations of valid cancellations, Petit Chalet refunds the value of the product to the consumer by bank transfer or in cash.
As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, is modified, services or products made in accordance with the consumer's specifications, or that for its nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Quality and Warranty
The presentation (images, shape, colors, etc.) of services or products for sale on petit-chalet.com may not exactly correspond to reality, due to the internet browser and monitor used.
Petit Chalet undertakes to faithfully prepare the Branches, but is not responsible for any change between the product obtained and what is presented on petit-chalet.com.
Privacy Policy
In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, the Customer and user of petit-chalet.com may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and communication of their data in the following ways: petitchalet.store @gmail.com or via 211922137. If you wish to cancel your e-mail, you must cancel it using the e-mail address found in our database, otherwise we will be unable to remove it.

Availability
The fulfillment of all orders placed on petit-chalet.com is subject to availability. Petit Chalet tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the Website are in stock, however, reserves the right not to accept any orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In these cases, Petit Chalet will inform the Customer of this fact and will proceed with the refund of the amount paid.
Responsibility
Petit Chalet will only be liable for damages suffered by the named customer for such damages resulting from breaches attributable to Petit Chalet's contractual obligations towards the Customer or in the event that Petit Chalet's liability arises from applicable legal law.
If the Customer has suffered damages related to the Website's activity, Petit Chalet's liability will be limited to:
Reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the Customer to find the cause is the amount of compensation attributable to the damage;
The maximum refund of the above mentioned indemnity will be (if applicable) the price of the products concerned.
Petit Chalet cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. Petit Chalet cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the Customer as a result of improper use of the products.
Petit Chalet is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect information on the Website.
In case the Client suffers damages that are the result of gross negligence or intent on the part of Petit Chalet, none of the limitations contained in this article apply.
Changes to terms and conditions
Petit Chalet reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Customer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the time of ordering, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.
Information on the Website
Although Petit Chalet works its website with great care, the information, texts, graphic documents, movies, music and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect.
Perit Chalet shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) of the Website, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information, unless such damage is the result of intent or negligence on the part of Petit Chalet .
Applicable law
These general conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, use of the Website or any purchase on the same are subject to Portuguese law.
Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
If the Client is outside Portugal, Petit Chalet informs that any case must be forwarded to the Portuguese Courts.
